COMING LATE SUMMER 2026: Gifford Street Extension, Falmouth

COMING LATE SUMMER 2026

We expect to raise walls for three of the four homes* at Gifford Street Extension in Falmouth in late summer. As we get closer to the build, we will hold a kickoff community event and a wall-raising ceremony. We will be looking for a variety of volunteers to support the build site (construction, registration, snacks, and devotion).

*The fourth home is a Home Builders Blitz Build, where the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Cape Cod (HBRACC)  and its members and associates donate all the time to plan, the materials and supplies needed for the build, and the professional labor to build one home for one family in one week. The Blitz Build will be held during the week of September 21st, 2026. Every two years, HBRACC donates a home to Habitat Cape Cod. This will be HBRACC's 7th Home Builders Blitz Build. We will be looking for volunteers to help during that week with registration and hospitality. 

Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod works in partnership with families in need to build homes, hope, lives, and community.
